Reservation Inquiry & Cancellation Guide
A To check or cancel your reservation, visit the "Check / Cancel Reservation" menu.
Non-members can search using a phone number or reservation number starting with "RS". Members can simply log in to view their reservations.
Cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before departure.
For reservations made through a travel agency or third-party operator, please contact them directly. -

A The following discounts are available
- CSAT Test-Takers: 30% off
- Local Residents (Chuncheon & Gapyeong): 20% off
- Guests with Disabilities & National Merit Recipients: 20% off
- Groups: 10% off
· 30 or more people, or 8 or more bikes
· Phone inquiry required
For CSAT, local resident, disability, and national merit discounts, please book online and present your ID and relevant proof of eligibility at the ticket office on the day of your ride. A partial refund will be processed upon verification.
Discount rates may vary by season. Please note that group discounts are not available during peak season in May and October.

Can I bring my dog on the rail bike?
A Notice for Guests Visiting with Pets
Pets under 10kg are welcome at our park.
We recommend booking the Gyeonggang Pet Bike so your dog can enjoy the ride with you.
Dogs are not allowed on the Gimyujeong or Gapyeong Rail Bike.
However, if you have a fully enclosed carrier, you may board with your pet on your lap after on-site confirmation.
Boarding may be restricted for safety reasons. Please note that our standard refund policy applies even if your pet cannot board and you choose to cancel.

Can I bring my baby on the rail bike?
A At Gangchon Rail Park, your safety is our top priority.
Children under 36 months are not permitted to ride for safety reasons.
If you need to bring your child on board, please bring proof of the child's age and sign a safety waiver at the ticket office before boarding.
We hope you and your little one have a wonderful time. Please keep safety in mind at all times. Thank you. -
Operations
Do you operate in rainy or snowy weather?
A Rail bike services operate normally in light rain or snow.
If the weather gets worse, operations may be suspended without prior notice for your safety.
As weather conditions can be unpredictable, sudden service suspensions may occur. We appreciate your understanding, as this is done to keep you safe.
If operations are cancelled due to severe weather, a full refund (100%) will be provided.
We will do our best to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Ticket Collection After Booking
A Here is what you need to know about collecting your ticket after booking.
- Tickets can be collected at the ticket office after showing your ID.
- If identity cannot be verified, ticket collection may be restricted.
· Bringing the text message and reservation number received at booking will help us serve you faster
· Please bring your reservation number starting with "RS", not a voucher number.
- Please arrive at the boarding point at least 20 minutes before departure.
· Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before boarding through the Check / Cancel Reservation page.
- If your ticket is lost, boarding may not be permitted.
- Boarding is not allowed after the scheduled departure time. Please be on time.

When will I receive my refund?
A Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation.
- This applies to both card payments and bank transfers.
Please note that refunds may be delayed if incorrect bank account information is entered.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A This refund policy applies to reservations made directly through our website. For reservations made through a travel agency or third-party operator, please contact them directly.
Cancellations can be made easily through our reservation website. Enter the phone number or reservation number starting with "RS" used at the time of booking to look up your reservation and cancel your booking.
- Cancelled 3 or more days before departure: Full refund
- Cancelled 2 days before departure: 80% refund
- Cancelled 1 day before departure: 70% refund
- Cancelled on the day of departure: 50% refund
· Same-day cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before departure to receive a refund.
- No-shows or failure to arrive within the scheduled boarding window: Non-refundable
- Date changes are not permitted.
- The refund policy applies even on rainy or snowy days.

Can I purchase tickets at the on-site ticket office?
A Gangchon Rail Park operates on a reservation basis.
On-site ticket sales may be available for cancelled or unsold tickets.
However, as these are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out quickly, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
Please note that same-day reservations are not available. Book ahead for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Thank you. -

A Same-day reservations are not available. Bookings can be made online via mobile or PC.
For groups of 30 or more, please contact our Customer Support Center at 033-245-1000~1002.
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is completed. On-site payment is not available.
If paying by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by midnight on the day of booking.
Please book in advance for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Thank you.
