  • Gyeonggang Rail Bike is available exclusively in 4-seater.
  • The Pet Bike includes a dedicated pet seat installed on the 4-seater rail bike for your furry companion.
Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made by 23:59 on the day of booking are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the departure date.
  • Cancellations made 3 or more days before departure are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 2 days before departure are eligible for an 80% refund (20% deduction).
  • Cancellations made 1 day before departure are eligible for a 70% refund (30% deduction).
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled departure are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued after this point.
  • No-shows or failure to board within the scheduled departure window are non-refundable.
  • Date changes are not permitted.
  • Partial cancellations can be requested via the website or by phone.
  • The refund policy applies even on rainy days.
  • The Pet Bike service will be suspended in the event of rain for the health and safety of your pet. In such cases, a full refund (100%) will be provided.

  • Peak season: May 1-31 and October 1-31. Group discounts are not available during these periods.
  • For groups or events involving persons with disabilities, a 20% discount is applied when relevant documents are submitted (official letter, disability certificate, etc.).
  • Cash receipts are mandatory. Discounts will not be applied if a cash receipt is refused.
  • All discounts are applied only after ticket issuance and proof of eligibility are verified. Discounts cannot be applied later if proof is not presented at the time of issuance.
